Sort of a side note (from the evil I’ll bunny conversation)
I am starting to seriously exercise now. I’m watching what I eat, not eating any candy, sodas, sweets, etc.
I want to gain some serious muscle - I’m dead skinny and so is my whole family really. I’m going to be doing this on multiple equipment pieces... pull-up bar, TotalGym, free weights, push-ups, etc.
This is not body building, it’s just weight lifting or exercising. Because I weigh around 130lb now, it’s recommend I get at least 91g of protein per day.
I will eventually start another thread for all this, but I just wanted to share it.
