Discus bottom sitting

Hello!
I’ve had this discussion for over a year now but for the last few weeks has just been bottom sittin or laying flat most of the time. Discus is still eating and swims around randomly , I’ve dewormed the tank because her stomach looks think but nothing has worked . Please help! Thank you

What are your water parameters? Discus have somewhat exacting requirements. (Not implying you're not aware) She doesn't look like she's eating well. Have you made any changes or recent additions to the tank?
