Whats Your Favourite Fish You Own And Why?

Has to be my Chain Loach. He is always flitting about the tank like a tasmanian skitz devil!!

My favourite is one of my figure 8 puffers, Muldoonican. He's a smiley beast at the best of times and he always comes to the front of the tank to watch me when I'm in the room.

I love all my fish especially the cories...but at this precise moment the panda cories are pipping it,they're so active and amusing like naughty pups scamping around

It's difficult to name one, but my GT is a firm favourite of mine. She is so personable and watches you and the way she gets so excited when you go up to the tank, and goes black when it's feeding time. She is also beautifully coloured Love my Betta Sherbert to bits too, he is such a funny little guy. The shrimps are hilarious too, the way they snatch pellets off my plec, and my plec is very amusing as well with how thick he is where food is concerned

Probs either my channa orientalis as theyre just awsome

I'll second that one as all I own is these and piranha now
The Orientalis are great fish but my all time fave fish personality is fire eels, great fish with bags of it

i have 2 favourites is that aloud...?

it has to be a toss up between my breeding groups of peru gold and green striped corys just because i love corys and these are very very gorgeous fish or my spotted climbing perch/leopard bush fish whatever you all know them as.... he is a cracking fish and ive had him from being very tiny, hes always out and about and has loads of character and looks that little bit different from any other fish

My favorite fish in catagories so I can cheat lol

Personality: has to be my biggest pleco Jethro, he is just a comedian
Beauty: My 2 servs, so gracefull and elegant.
Colouration: My Ellioti, absolutely fantastic markings.
Group entry: My frontosa, awsome as a group.

That's so hard to say. I can't pick just one. But I can do top 5.
1 ebjd - he is pretty and fun good personality.
2 panda corys- so cute and I can watch them for hours
3 keyhole- Carl is one of my first cichlids we have been throw a lot
4 bristlenose pleco- she is active and I love to watch her
5 severum- cute and eats out of my hand
6 emperor tetras- these fish nip at me and make me laugh.

My favourite is my old pair of channa ornatipinnis,they look great/different/easy to care for and the best parents i have exsperienced to date...

Then on the same line is my channa pleurophthalma, she is dam sexy and lords it around the tank like look but dont touch deffo dont touch, and my

chocolate cichlid because of its personality just like a oscar and leaves you to stroke and play with it,and how it changes colour just like a

chameleon,its like having more than one fish,each time you look its a different colour

Not a favourite around here I know, but I totally adore my parrot fish - they have the best personalities and are so bold

i would say my fav is my adult female bn, she is out ALL the time and teases my golden nugget playfully, she also has a bad habit at feeding time, she picks a cory to follow as its finding food and when it does the bn shares the same pellet.lol she doesnt head butt the cory or scare it away, just kinda latches on to half and sucks away while the cory is picking at it. hilarious to watch

My Dojo Loach or as my girlfriend calls him Mr.Loachy funny to watch as he bolts around the tank and buries down with his head poking out asif hes invisible.

im with you. my favourites have got to be my two Dojo/Weather Loaches. mine are huge now and not as active as they used to be. but when they do feel like being social they go crazy boltin around the tank. i like also how the two of them wrap up with each other almost tying themselves up in a knot

These two are closely followed by my dwarf giraffe catfish. these two are funny lookin but super rad fish.

My fave is my spotted cimbing perch. what a great little fella! so full of personality. Reminds me of oscars

invertabrate wise its syd my yellow rabbit snail. So active. Much more so than my yellow spots.
