Has anyone seen page 102 of the new PFK (mine arrive in the post this mo)? Recognise those two planted tanks? I chouldn't help but chuckle, are two lads are doing us proud

Good morning so far, got to see George and James' tanks in a magazine, got to see a really hot picture of Sean Bean as Boromir on an avitar, I probably found my gravel substrate (Estes Bits of Walnut), and I get to see a baby Siamese kitten.

lol. just managed to get online for five minutes (as i thought there'd be something on the board about this haha.) i got it through the letter box this morning. i had no idea i was still in the running for the photo comp. i sent that pic in months ago!!.

nice one george, how funny of all the tank pictures they could have picked were on the same page.

now roll on the next issue. my article was supposed to be in this one but jeremy just missed the deadline. i am quite poorly today (got a dodgy kidney, long story but cant do a thing when it plays up) i was lying in the bath flicking through the pages of the new PFK and almost dropped it in the water when i saw the pictures. i saw georges first and then mine below it.

whats going on with the brightness though, mine looks like it's in half light and in fact it's the same WPG as georges (in fact i think it was a little more when that was taken as he's lowered his)

so mr farmer, did you receive a copy over in the falklands?? good job for the scaning above, thanks sam.


on another point, really sorry for my lack of input. when i left the old job it was very sudden. i had to literally drop everything and get out. any of you in the recruitment industry know what it's like. as soon as you say your going to another recruitment firm it's plug pulled on PC and escorted off the premesis. too much risk of me nicking data etc... hence the short going offline thread. just managed it before the plug was pulled.

still cant get online at all (at a friends house right now). will be up and running again when i move into the new house in about 8 weeks but i'm afraid until then my input will be very sporadic.

keep well people and i'll see you back here as soon as i possibly can.....
