Hi All

Its been many years since I kept tropical fish, long before the internet and even forums, and I must say
how helpful and informative this forum is, gratz guys and gals or gils

Well I've decided to rekindle my love for keeping fish, and order my aquarium (Regency 120), hopefully it will
be delivered tomorrow.

I am going to go with sand substrate as it looks great, along with light coloured rock and build a "mini reef" (Non Living)
I have seen alot of pictures of tanks, unfortunately none of them were in the UK, they are using "Lace Rock" Does anyone know whether this is available in the UK, or there is anything similiar that I can consider.

Also another Question, when doing the fishless cycle, Does the rock have to be added then or can it be added afterwards?

Anyways just a couple of questions to start with and no doubt there will be a few more to follow

Andy

Many Thanks for your quick answer, I shall look into

I see on your signature you keep Dwarf Puffers, What sort of tank can they be kept in
Do they require sepcial handling?

An excellent way to fishless cycle is to only put in a substrate and save the decorations and everything else for after the process completes.

~~waterdrop~~
ps. I'm another who has come back after years.
