Is my Goldfish sick?

Hi everyone,
My goldfish whose name is Ginger is acting odd! Sorry if you're having dinner but for the last few days Ginger has been releasing some rather strange poopies, mostly long and white until today and now its very clear and bubbly. I have attached a photo.
His appetite is as big as ever so no problems there but when I turn off the aquarium light he has started sitting on the sand and remains in the same spot until morning unless disturbed which is strange.
Maybe he's decided sleeping on sand is better than floating. I hope he's Okay, let me know you're thoughts.

I think bubbly poo can also be a sign of constipation, you could try not feeding him for a day or two and then some blanched peas with the shells removed after that as the peas will help clear him out.

He may be eating too much sand. White poo Is a sign of intestinal worms. You could try worming him.
