How Do You Attach Lights To A Tank When Using Starter Unit?

I can't for the life of me work it out... How do you attach them? I figured there was some sort of clip but I'd have thought that would come with the starter under/controller and none of them seem to.

they don;t but in LFS's you can buy the plastic clips that will screw into wooden lids and plastic lids.

Thats if I understand you right. if you can;t get any I am pretty sure I have some in the loft in my fish stuff box

The plastic clips came with the unit when we set the new tank up, I`ve attached a pic to hopefully let you see how ours was done. The cables are run from the main unit along to where the lights are mounted and held in place by the clips (hope that makes sense).
Not sure if the clips are the right way round but they work. (hubbys fault if they`re wrong )

Try going to your local home improvement/DIY center. I have noted that simple hardware like those cable clamps, are readily available, with no mention no fish keeping required.

Yea that's what I'm thinking as well. Those white plastic ones come to mind. Are those the ones you're also referring to?
