hi harry great start m8 im just about to rip my rio down and start again lol anyways have u had a look at www.iquaticsonline.co.uk for ur t5 bulbs if u havent already changed them im gonna be running the 14000k in mine and they only 9quid ea but have to buy 2 but u get a 3 free so really 3 bulbs for 18quid delivered is better than payin for the rip off juwel bulbs

the sump has faild!!! my dad said that he will put holes in the return and intake pipes so when a power cut happens the return wouldnt make a back sihpon and i was in school when it happend and my mum didnt know what to do so 40L of salty water is all over my bedroom floor
i have pictures and a vid if it works its only worked once.
for some reason i look a bit fatter than i am normaly am
oh yer if the vid does work then sorry for the crap video skills.

thanks seffie everything is ok well i still have a very wet floor but i have a fan heater on to make my room dry

how fast would a kole tang grow? because i was thinking if i got a small one then when its bigger upgrade. maybe a year or so?

my room stinks we got 1001 thing and cleaned the floor but it still smells a bit. not as bad as it did.

Kole Tangs really need about 50 -75 Gallons Min they will grow very fast I am adding one in the near future to my 100 Gallon system I would avoid them in a smaller than 50 Gallon tank, The digestive system on any tang is somewhat poor and they genrate a lot of waste which will be a shock to a smaller system, this fish + Anthias are the reason I gave up both my nanos to invest in a much larger system

i now have to sleep on a sofa because of the smell. so i have a plan. 1) empty both tanks into buckets. 2)move tanks and evrything in my room. 3)take out carpet 4) i dont know whats happening my mum says i sould have no carpet and my dad says i will get a new one.
5) my dads idea drill the tank as its empty? 6) if tank gets drilled then stick all the pipes and other stufff i need on. 7) once dry fill tank with stock. are house is craply made so i get damp in my room anyway. so we might have some building work soon. like make an upstairs. so i would have a big room but thats costs money.

lol my weekend is goig to be crap i have to sort my room. empty the tanks and my dad carnt be asked to drill the tank because he is to scard to do it and its would be hard because i will have to take out all the sand. my carpet will be gone. i have no money to buy anything. (i have £15 well once my dad or mum gives me the £10) well at least my dad pays for some of the stuff eg the sand,water and the sumps plastic stuff and other things like that. i just want to buy stock and test kits and also some aptasia killer stuff. for the aptasia stuff its £15 in rce. well thats all my money gone. soon my dad may buy be some prober t5 lights cus atm i have tropical type ones not marine.

Get a soldering iron harry, far more effective.

Where abouts are you? drilling a tank really isnt hard! if your close to someone maybe they will do it for you?
