Guppy with lump and red spot, getting worse

Hi, If anyone could reply that’s great,

Me and my partner have had our 6 female guppies since the start of april, they were pregnant at the time and i think this one still is.

We added three albino corydoras and some shrimp yesterday and later that evening we noticed one guppy which we think is pregnant had a red spot.

This red spot has got worse this morning and now she’s got a lump on her side I’m not sure what’s happening what can i do to help her?

We have taken her away and quarantined her from the other fish in the tank but we’re not sure what to do now hope someone can help!!

UPDATE,

she is still alive, not too sure what the lump was but it looks like it’s fallen off and she has an open wound now i can try and get clearer pictures today
