They dont seem to have a huge selection but what they do seem a great price, theres a few fish ive got my eye one and thats the cheapest ive seen most of them.

Ahh thats a shame i was going to say the prices are great ut i guess thats why. Just shows lfs must make a tidy profit on most fish.

dont forget to take into account the staff wages and other overheads for your lfs, not as much profit there as you think

"VickiandKev" have an account with these wholesalers, I met them last summer to buy my Aborichthys elongatus (Indian Red Tail Squirrel Loaches) at a great price. This wholesaler is just up the road from me in Fareham, Hampshire, with the unit very hidden away in a corner of an industrial park.

Perhaps edit your thread title and you might get either Vicki or Kev pop their head in and let everyone know if they still do trips to buy fish

overheads such as buisness rates, wages and probably huge electricity bills. not to mention the water rates a large lfs will pay. then theres loses of stock, dont know many business were your stock can actually die on you lol. so i dont think the profit is as good as people on here think.

The probem is, if peopel started to be able to get fish from places like here without going through a store it would decrease the value of the fish, this would most likely mean some fish shops having to close! They do have to add on money for overhead costs, those fish might be sat taking up a tank for a couple months before they are bought!

But i'm up for cheaper fish haha!
