@Deanasue I do have my gall bladder still, they checked for gallstones though,
@Colin_T irritable bowel syndrome has been ruled out. As have kidney and ovarian issues. I have done a food diary and food elimination and nothing made a difference

The latest theory was a sports hernia but that was (mostly) ruled out as well
