Omg thank you, I have had two nitrite snails in the tank for 9 months and they never reproduced so I didn’t even think it was their eggs!

They won't hatch, and they are almost cemented on. Nerite eggs are tough.

So since they won’t hatch, are they too tough to try to scrape off or should I just leave them?

It is fairly easy to scrape nerite eggs of hard things like the tank walls, heaters, plastic plants/decor etc but it's impossible to remove them from live plants and if you try to scrape them off wood, you'll take a chunk of wood off as well (done that )
