Use reverse osmosis (R/O) water to get rid of the nitrites.
You can also put the well water into a holding tank or plastic storage container or pond, and add some floating plants. Leave the plants to use up any nitrite and then use the water in the tank.
Floating plants in the tank will remove nitrite too.
Beneficial filter bacteria will convert nitrite into nitrate.
If you use well water or R/O water, you shouldn't need a water conditioner because neither should contain chlorine or chloramine.
