Shutting Down Tanks

I am thinking of shutting down my Apisto tank and adding the pair of Cockatoo Cichlids to my community tank? (check sig/profile)

Any forseeable problems??

Also probably selling the Tanganyika set up...

Just make sure they have pleanty of caves to call home, they can be timid if bullied so watch out for their behaviour when they go in. They also like to inhabit the bottom of the tank so things may get a bit crowded down there with all the cory's and goby's etc.
