Pregnant Tiger Barb? Green Splodge On Glass?

Hi,
I am slightly panicking at the moment because I am unsure as to 2 things going on in my tank. Firstly my tiger barb is very fat and I'm almost 100% sure she's pregnant. However I have just noticed a green splodge about 1cm by 1cm with darker green dots in the middle on the side of the tank. Could these be the eggs? If the tiger barb is pregnant what should I do? I have a breeding float if she is. Also there Are no males in the tank.. Could it be possible my fish has breeded with other types?

They are not eggs, well not eggs from Tiger Barbs as they scatter their eggs, Tiger Barbs are by nature are very greedy fish and will probably get to more food faster than your other fish, how have you ID'd the sex of your Tiger, If it has a bright red nose and a similarly bright red line on its dorsal fin it's a male.
