if she is a german blue ram and the one by the orange plant in the first pic is a german blue ram well they aren't in breeding color but that's a maybe on fertile eggs. They will guard them. They look a little chilly, what temp is the tank at?
The fish that has laid the eggs is a Blue Acara. They have been artificially crossed with Blue Rams but I don’t think it’s possible without a laboratory, and anyway your (male-looking) Ram is nowhere near breeding condition, so she has laid them by herself, so they are not fertile. There’s nothing to do. They’ll probably be gone overnight.
Btw, Rams need it a lot warmer than your other fish. 27 is great for the Ram but too warm for the others.
