add time and patience and now the new leaves amd plants do not have ANY algae at all!!! i am just slowly trimming and removing the old algae covered leaves now.
i find it shocking that the most effective solution has been to remove airation and alter the flow! such a cheap solutionWalstad may well be on rhe horizon.. i fancy i'll create a journal if i go ahead and set that up
Alls well that ends well eh Told ya liquid C was unnecessary. Yes its an algaecide by side effect but it's primary use is as a carbon additive which speeds everything up.Circulation is always key. doesn't have to be added, just redirected
Good to see someone have patience though. Normally get a reply after a couple of days saying 'nope nothings changed'. lol
