Is this little white spot on my angelfish ich?

I doubt it to be honest. Looks a bit like bacterial nodes.

It doesn't look like white spot but monitor the fish and if more white dots appear, then it probably is. You can treat white spot with heat (30C / 86F) for 2 weeks, or at least 1 week after all the white dots have disappeared.

Have you added any new fish in the last 2 weeks?

Hi thank you so much. These are all new fish in my new tank. Got 2 angelfish and 6 pearl gourami 3 days ago.

One of the angelfish has this white mark on its body. It's been there since the day i got it

It is not a noob question. I think all bigger cichlids can show these. Keep water clean and keep an eye in case it is Ich nevertheless

It just looks like a missing scale. Monitor it and if it changes, then post more pictures.
