Ich??

All my Royal Acaras have spots like this. None of the other fish do. I'm guessing it's ich. Anyone disagree?

From what I see in the pic, it does appear to be Ich. I’d surely get going with treatment of the whole tank.

I agree. It's the right size and the right shape. Malachite green, fast. It's established.
