Watch the plants very closely. Some plants will simply react to being moved by yellowing up, then browning up, then losing all their leaves and/or stems before regenerating from the roots and crown. Its simply their reaction to the change but the dead leaves and stems will pollute your tank and possibly raise ammonia beyond what you want if you don't pull them out quickly. Plants need a ton of carbon and correct light and nutrients to survive in underwater aquariums. Often they've been raised only partially submerged before you buy them, which gives the grower a big advantage as they will get tons more CO2 in the air than they will underwater unless you are running pressurized. Thus many undergo a shock when they get into a beginner's tank.
