4 angels seems like alot for a 31 gallon tank - esp when they get older you are going to run into issues if you get a breeding pair. if i were you i would consider rehoming 2 angels...

you could be experiencing a nitrite spike from their waste accumulating as they grow

i just feed them and now nobody is eating I'm frustrated I'll go tomorrow to the lfs and take a water sample

hope the fish survive
