I was just wandering what food I could feed my rainbow fish/future rainbow fish or maybe even any other fish that might bring out there color?

Are there any fruits or vegetables that might work?

I usually have to order the New Life Spectrum. Omega One is easier to find in stores.

Paprika is regularly used in colour enhancing foods for fish and will encourage orange and red colouration.

Orange foods like pumpkin, squash and orange carrots will encourage orange and yellow colour in fish.

Purple foods like blue berries, purple carrots and plums will encourage blue colour.

Feed the fish a variety of food and include plenty of plant matter, and when the fish mature they will colour up naturally. Try to use aquatic plants because the fish digest it more effectively than terrestrial plants. It's a good idea to blanch (partly cook) terrestrial plant matter so it's easier to digest.
