Finally Got My Spawning Tank Ready

Netty I have just got a free juwel 80 Litre I think thats what it is anyhow. I'm cycling it right now for my sorority tank. I've kick started it by using filter media from another tank. The hubby couldn't say no when the tank was for free hehehehe. I'm so excited and can't wait for these babies to grow. The betta bug is certainly kicking in

The male is in scooting about madly, in fact he's doing everything bar building a nest

The female is in the chimney doing what she's supposed to, getting fat

it would be cool to get a boy or girl with the girls colors and the boys dragon scales on it, but the same color and intensity too!!

That's great news Mel.....what a bargain. That would be perfect for a group of girls. Our first sorority tank was a Jewel 70 lol which I now use for spawning as all our girls are separate. Should be ready just in time too

Love4......she's a platinum and does actually have the dragon scaling too. You just have to be at the right angle to see it, because of her colouring.

my budgie, Sky demon is a good flyer, but he only flys close to the ground or up to his cage!!

i might be able to train him to do that carrier pidgeon thing!!

but he is a little old....

mabey Nezumi!! my cockatiel!! ...but he is EVIL!!! he used to be nice but now he is mean!! it is like he switched bodies with Sky!! sky used to be mean but now is nice. extremely amazingly nice!!

also Nezumi also has his wings clipped....

how about....uuuummmm ooh!! build a tube bridge thingy from your house to mine!! fill it with water and let him swim through!! right over directly into the tank!!
