Preferably look for an adjustable heater.  The smallest ones don't tend to be adjustable.

Thank you Daize I have ordered a 50w Hydor theo, hopefully can go tropical when it comes that's good news.
Now bad news. I think I have a "situation" with my ammonia, I guess I will have to start a new thread for that :s
