Betta And Male Guppies Suddenly Have Their Fins Ripped Up?

There's been no more damage to any fins. I think for now I will let them all be unless I see actual aggressive behavior. I currently do not have the finances to rehouse my betta(I'm not putting him in anything smaller than a 5gal which I simply cannot afford).
