Yeah I wouldn't give the extra money. He may just use the "crash" to his advantage in hopes of getting more money then the whole deal is worth.

sounds like a total con to me mate id get onto your credit card company and inform them fish arnt worth this when u can no doubt get them ordered for u by an lfs

No way you send him more money. How can you trust someone you know nothing about? It's his companies job to make sure the plane has insurance for whats on board.

IMO, it sounds like an accident happened at a conveniant time. He used this to cover his tracks because he was never going to send you anything anyway. He just wants your money and nothing else. This seems like a logical explanation, no? However if you get your refund this probably wasn't the case.
