The village,i laughed when i saw that the monsters were pigs and the pigs dressed up as people was even more funny!
Than the aviater(sp) ,my dad ,brother and me walked out in the first 90 mins because it was crap acting and nothing was happening...I dunno why it got good reviews. As for 28 days later and shaun of the dead, great films IMO.

I'm probably gunna get slaughtered for this but OMG Shaun of the dead is the biggest load of crap i've seen in my life, tis dull and boring. Howeva i do like Hot Fuzz, that was more funny and better acted out.

I hope you do get slaughtered, it was an awesome film and very very funny.

Worst films I've ever seen would be

1. Shrunken heads.

2. Dude wheres my car

3. Pet Detective.

Your not referring to Ace ventura on No.3 are you?

Ace ventura is great :)

Any of the films shown on Hallmark etc...Womens afternoon films. All have the same theme, 2 women been friends from school, one gets ill (usually cancer) the other promises to look after her family while secretly having her own at home heartache, the friend dies the other one falls in love with her husband, the kids hate it and then something happens to someone and they all suddenly get on and live happily ever after blah blah blah pass me the sick bucket.

Bring me a horror film anyday

I also hate films with magic guns that never run out of rounds and 50 bad guys with uzi's who can't shoot one man hiding behind a car door even though he can pick them off with a tiny handgun (which also never needs reloading)

I'm gonna jump down off my soapbox before this becomes a full on rant from me

These are the movies I HATE!!!!!!!!!:
Star wars
Winn Dixie
and many others

Movies I like
Pink Panther( remake)
collision course
and many more.

Worst film???? Too many to mention ...

I am in the process of sorting out all my DVD's so I can sell them. I have a terrible habit of just buying them and wondering why on earth I did that after watching them

Bad films:

Blair Witch
The Village
Don't go in the Attic
Hostage
Open Water

that's all I can think of at the moment :)

Fight Club is on here?! The horror...I am Sorrell's broken heart

This has been amusing me since I read it, it keeps popping into my head. I just wanted to tell you that was very good.

Also - I saw another REALLY BAD FILM - Steven Segal, "The Foreigner" - omg I almost cried it was so bad, we went to bed after an hour, and we had both sat down for the evening, baby in bed, trolling the cable for a good movie we'd both enjoy - and there this was....folks, don't do it, it is shockingly bad.

If you feel you must - then pay attention to the highly realistic part where the small shoe box sized package blows up once and destroys the entire railway station that is about 3000ft long....no 'kin way. Oh and make sure you jump out of a window to be safe from that one, uh-huh, that'll work.

I loved Waterworld!

I hated Castaway! You never even figure out whats in the box?? Whats up with that! That really irritated me. Really, the entire film irritated me.

The queen film was overated found it rather boring.

I know a movie that I haven't seen but is probably crap: Snakes on a Plane. How the hell is that scary? Okay there are a couple snakes on a plane, anyways, people who are afraid of snakes don't watch "scary movies" because they are afraid of everything that's awesome.

Yup, completely agree. I haven't seen it either, but am equally certain it is crap

also agree with SuzieQ re AI.

You have to make your own entertainment at my job.

sianeds

Bwahahaha - one of my pet peeves too

But you're all so *wrong* about Moulin Rouge - it is fabulous. No two ways about it

So, back to films that are rubbish

The Ring - yes, the fantastic [rolls eyes] Japanese version - it sucked and was so dull I switched it off. Not remotely scary or chilling or anything else except very very boring.

The Exorcist. Also staggeringly dull - WTF? Who was that supposed to scare? Toddlers? Give. Me. A. Break.

Anything with the words Mad or Max in it.

Or Jim and Carrey.

And I will see your Mary Poppinses and your Sounds of Music ( puke) and raise you one Pokemon the Movie. I have sat through some truly, gruellingly diabolical films in the name of motherhood but that huge steaming pile absolutely takes the biscuit. I wanted to weep. I wanted to sew my own eyelids shut. Using a spoon. I have never let my husband forget it - it is 7 years ago and he has still not been made to endure enough horrible kidmovies to pay me back for that one and make it even. I can still always trump him and make it be his turn by saying "But I had to take them to that *&^% Pokemon film".
I remain deeply and tragically traumatised.

I loved Cabin Fever. Its tongue in cheek and sadly not many people ever understood it. The whole thing was meant to be a piss take.

Really bad films that I hate with a passion:

The Harry Potter films; the kids can't act at all. The story is condensed so much it just gets boring. I hated the books after the third one because they got too long and began reading like a teen softcore porn novel about relationships with a few extra wands thrown in. I walked out of the fourth movie in disgust and nearly asked for my money back.

Anything with Tom Cruise in. He's a nob.

The Descent. Bad but very funny. And stupid. And the ending they tacked on for the USA just takes the micky so if you get hold of a copy make sure its the British version

Remakes of Japanese horror films: Bad. The Ring 2 had its storyline changed completely so it bore no resemblance whatsoever to the original.

Xmen 3. At the moment I'm not impressed but maybe repeat vciewings may alter my opinion.

Kids; Bully is better hands down, but because everyone watched Kids first, they prefer that. I found it very very boring.

Can't think of any others right now but will add more later.

I agree all teeth cruise couldn't act his way out of a cardboard box.

Actually I didcome up with an exception to the Tom Cruise rule. I watched collateral and it wasn't bad. But I think it was Jamie Foxx that made it ok. I just rooted for Tom Cruise to die the entire way through.

Oh and I remembered more films I hate;

War films. They're dull and depressing and whenever a film got chosen last year with my hosuemates I always got vetoed and had to watch them. Except I cleared off after 10 minutes and a smoke cos it was so dull.

Stargate; mostly the series but its bollockies. Another thing I was forced to watch and still am. In our house there's no choice; watch it or get no use of the living room. I've spent 6 months in my bedroom watching silly cop shows like "Police camera action" by myself with my boyf.

*Resurrects post*

I HATED flight plan, I walked out after 30 mins in the cinema.

I also hate any films with Steven Segal, I mean in some of the films it's not even him talking!!!!! that's just a piss take!

worst film I have ever seen and watched all of is Blair Witch
film that was crap that I switched off halfway was Miami Vice, Goldmember and I agree with Exorsist

I watched snakes on a plane the other day and it was easy viewing and quite entertaining
