White Spot In Marine Aquarium

I gave the clownfish a dip last night and treated the tank with a bacteria treatment but unfortunatley the clownfish has died overnight This means i've suddenly gone from a nicely stocked FOWLR system a single, small Puffer tank

The puffer seems ok so hopefully he won't get affected.

is always such a shame when this happens.

What are you going to do now? Will you re-stock??

I'll leave it a month or so to make sure everything is ok.
If the Puffer lives then I might add a fuzzy-dwarf lionfish (but that is all).
If the Puffer dies then I might make a reef tank or more likely discontinue with marines alltogether.

Awwww You can't give up! These things happen sometimes. Live and learn. It is gutting when you lose a pet but you've gotta carry on

I'm really sorry for your losses Timmy, I just read the entire thread, how very very sad It's such a shame for you.

Thanks very much for your comments. I've been speaking to our two marine experts at the LFS where I work and they can't figure it out either!
The Puffer is still alive and looking healthy, which is the only positive.
