Body hopping. Goggle it and watch the trailor. Highly recommend it. with a great twist at the end

Honestly, no movies get my scared anymore. I used to think I was tough and watched Stephen King's The Night Flyer. Scared the crud out of me I was so scared to sleep for like a year! If I had to choose the scariest though, I would pick The Exorcist.
