What Plant is this?

I bought a couple of plants last weekend, well I should say bulbs with little sprouts comming out of them.

Any way 24 Hours after planting them, I kid you not they must have grown about 18".

To describe them, they are small leaves at the bottom with very tall thin stems (about 21" now). At the tip of the stem it splits in 2. The 2 split bits are white in colour and has what loks like whit pollen on it!

know what it is or what its going to do, but its growing really fast!

Any Ideas?

Your plant is an Aponogeton, which species is difficult to tell at the moment as you don't have leaves. What you have is a flower spike. If you are lucky and can get the flowers pollinated, they can form seeds which you can grow on to form new plants. Not all are self fertile but it doesn't hurt to try, just brush the flowers around with a soft brush or a Q Tip.
