Just dawned on me that I have everything I need for a good beef stew as of my morning grocery delivery.

I got taters, carrots, green beans, onion, diced basil/garlic/oregano diced tomatoes, slow cooker McCormick's slow cooker spice blend and 2 pounds of sirloin tips. Not today but I think I see a beef stew in the near future.

When I do I'll use a LOT of carrots. For me the carrots in a beef stew or pot roast are the best part.

The sirloin tips are one of my few gripes with Omaha Steaks as they are not consistent as to size so I'll have to dig through and cut the larger tips.
LOL!
@fishorama , Yes, there WILL be red wine in the stew.
I also now have good, soft, hoagie rolls and 2-8 ounce packs of thin sliced raw rib eye and can see either, or both, a Philly cheese steak and French dip.
I LOVE how much money I save getting groceries delivered!

Just two examples but I got a 365 count bottle of allergy tabs for $30.00 (no, 365 is NOT a typo). Also got a 4-pack of 15.5 ounce Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pies for $12.99 which I like a LOT. Neither of these deals were available in store. And I don't have to bother going to the store.
