Hey everyone,

Turned 19 a few days ago and had a Nintendo Switch 2 for my birthday/Christmas gift. Spending time with family and our pets, having lunch and opening gifts are some great things about the Christmas season. I wonder what next year will look like, but I miss the time when Christmas was more jollyful and colourful 15-10 years back than in 2025, and I hope that lost spirit would come back next Christmas. Wishing you all a merry Christmas from Australia.

Too late for the merry Christmas greeting I suppose, but hey, happy new year, and for Australia, happy Proclamation Day today @elephantnose3334 ! A switch 2? Oh I am jealous, I had the first switch, but sold it last year. I am a teenager as well, well I suppose your pretty much a adult now.

The next big one is New Year's. There's no soundtrack to that one - no hark the hairy angels sing or anything like that. Thank goodness. This is 'overpriced but we had no other ideas' Calendar sales week. I like it.

We had a green Christmas morning, Australian style, but then Canada kicked in and it's been soft, cold air snowflakes ever since. It's pretty. Onwards we go, 363 days til Christmas.

We got like 5 inches of snow last night into this morning. "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas"

First christmas in our flat ( been here for ten months).

Christmas dinner was in a local pub which is eight minutes away.
