When catching fish. There are two rules
1 Think like a fish
2 Don't chase them (The more you chase fish the faster they swim)
4. When all else fails, use dynamite.*

*this is a joke. Please don't start a new thread about how people shouldn't advise new fish keepers to use dynamite.

well folks...I hope you all had fun in this thread...lots of suggestions and opinions and hate from some xD
I think the thread has diverged quite a bit from it's origin but I'm sure regardless of where people stand on this issue...whether you're a water chaser or a naturalist my whole point was to be mindful of newcomers

As the thread OP I kindly ask the mods to close the thread as to prevent any future misunderstandings and/or misinformation as I'm sure both sides already voiced their opinions

What is "water chaser" even supposed to mean? Is that a real term, or something you made up? Because framing it that way while calling yourself a "naturalist" says it all really. Nothing natural of a tiny glass box filled with stale unchanged water (and even the largest tank is a tiny box compared to a lake or river).
