URGENT PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I have had my cuckoo catfish for about 6 months now, never had any problems and he’s thrived! I went away for the weekend and I’ve come back and he is very very sick, his face appears swollen, his mouth hard and held open and doesn’t appear to be moving much, he is special to me so I just don’t know what to do, I’ve treated the water for a bacterial infection but he’s deteriorating fast...he has some rotting on his face but it isn’t actually face rot according to one of the men at my local fish shop, please help me I don’t want to lose him

You will need to provide more data so members can diagnose the situation. Tank size, water parameters (these are GH, pH, temperature), water conditions (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate test results if you have them), water change schedule, other fish, feeding, etc.
