you can buy reducers to make make spray bars fit from B&Q hombase etc.. bit of sealent job done

Is there anyway I can slow it down? I can see my bottom of my tank now...

I left the filter on when I went to sleep and when I woke up there is no sand in the corner of my tank and my plant has came out. Anyone else have any other ideas to reduce the power of my filter?

A picture of the tank that shows the postion of the filter outlet would be good.

I can't see the filter outlet, is it that silver thing? - nope, that's the heater? Best to move it off the sand, having a heater in contact with the substrate is not a good idea.

Can you get a photo of the whole tank?

Hmmm, really not sure what to suggest. That filter doesn't look overly powered for the tank.

However you did say the tank was 4x2x2 and that doesn't look like a 4x2x2 tank.

if the filter is rated at 1300lph and your tank is not a 4x2x2 then this will be your problem.
