Suitable Fish For A 70L Aquascaped Tank

I am in the process of aquascaping a lovely 70l tank and after a suitable species to go in there, obviously no diggers lol. I thought about bumble bee gobies but I dont want the caves! Any suggestions? I would like some with a bit of personality not neon tetras or similar! Thanks for looking!

I never had caves for bumblebees,they were quite happy on plant leaves,and they are awesome little characters

Puffs are not really my thing, I like cichlids but they are diggers. I want to try something different, unusual. I have had puffers, community, cichlids, discus and snakeheads! Just need something to keep me interested! LOL

I've got a planted 60l that I have a pair of fire red appistograma agasizii (spelling sorry!) in,with a little shoal of pencil fish and a single veiltail bristlenose.
