whats with the attitude

No attitude at all my friend, The reply you gave was far from helpfull . i aksed a question and you basically told me to go and find out myself. I want idea's not what i think myself.

ok then

if i were you i would go for a nice group of mixed danios, 10-20 galaxy rasboras, 2-3 headstanders

try to avoide bottom strata fish because the rams will attack them more since they are closer to the nest (spwaning site)

Dont like danio's, CPD's i might get a small group of and the headstanders are really not my sort of thing lol

Thanks for the suggestions guys, the Colombian albeit are ok!! but they apparently get a bit big for what i wanted at 7 cm, well to big for a fish i don't really want anyways.

The suggestions you mentioned john are also a no no, i don't want puffers, nor any sort of betta, really don't like minnows and the paradise fish from what i read are also bigger than what i want, not to mention ugly little buggers lol

How about a bigger cichlid to go with the rams. Some kind of acara or relative? Have you seen Krobia sp Rio Xingu red cheeks? Amazing colours! Quite rare but not impossible to find but they do literally look like the pictures. Or how about Laetacara sp Buckelkopf these are actually dwarfs or an other relative is Laetacara Dorsiger very nice if you look around you will see the colour variations that are coming through now. Of course you have the various apistos that would mix well with rams in a 180l. Err what about adding more cories? Upping them to 12? Do you like hatchets? Silver, marbled, black wing? Did you want to keep it as SA? or would you mind putting in gourami or barbs for example?
