Yeah that's an angel fish. Your tank is tall enough for them so you can get those.

You said your moving your smaller fish away. Then what fish are you keeping in the tank, the ones you are keeping could be bad choices for tankmates.
PS if you do get the anglefish make sure you only get one you don't have enough space for a proper group in your tank

I'm not really sure if the RTBS will be compatible with the rams or angels and it may need a bigger tank I'll go check.

yes, i would advise against getting the anglefish as the rams and RTBS will become a potential problem as they age.
PS, the species of harlequin rasbora is a commonly confused fish called a glowlight rasbora (Trigonostigma hengeli)

yes, but due to aggresion when they are breeding they shouldnt be placed in such a small tank with other fish. when they breed they will become territorial, and attack, sometimes even kill other fish
