so you know them little common snails which you get when you buy real plants
how do you get rid of them?
in my 10 gallon atm there are a few but in my 75 gallon i want some real plants but dont want a snail infestation to go with it
how can you solve the problem to make sure you dont get any and if you do get any how do you get rid of them???

In the 75g you wont have a problem as you have clown loaches who will happily eat them. In the 10g, place some cucumber or lettuce in the tank overnight, in the morning snails will be on it and you can just pull it out and, crush them and throw them away, or add them to the 75 for the clowns.

Also you can reduce feeding, as with nothing to eat the snails wont re-produce as much.

ive conducted an experiment in the past few months and i found that over feeding is the biggest cause of a snail population boom.

The only way to virtually guarantee not getting any snails from your new plants is to bleach dip them. I part clear bleach to 19 parts water. Dip leaves only in the solution and hold in there 1 minutes. Then remove and thoroughly wash off under running water before putting in tank. Otherwise there are some other ideas in the pinned link below:
