How do you sex gouramis?

By sexing you mean telling the sex, right?

If so, the females are more silver and have less color. the males have a pointed dorsal fin whereas the females have a rounded one. You should easily be able to tell the difference.

thats the part I was trying to remember. the dorsal fin I knew it was round vs. pointed but couldn't remember who was who.
