Re-Setup Questions!

I have a 4 foot tank with 3 fishes (2 rainbow and 1 goldfish). I m thinking about changing the whole setup, except the gravel because i don't want to cycle again. I dont have any plantss atm, im thinking about getting something like these "http/www.livefish.com.au/plants/bunch.html" How many of them would i need for a good looking setup??? I need an oxygen pump, I have this one in mind. (http/www.livefish.com.au/accessories/air-pumps/aquatopia-silent-pro-airpump-10l-per-min.html). I already have a UV Filter, Do i need any other filter?? (Im thinking of getting 10 Cardinal Tetra, 5 striped Kuhli and maybe one more which im still unsure about)

so much in that quote, but my opinions are, the goldfish has to go, no good in a tank really and very no good in a tropical set up, the gravel dosent really hold a lot of bacteria, its all in the filters really, need an air pump? ive had 2 and a 24" air curtain, dont use them at all anymore, as for the good looking set up? well its all down to your taste, i have a 4 footer heavily planted, some have minimum plants all look good to the owners.
as for a uv filter i`m not sure what that is, my external filter has a uv light in it, but thats never used either, do you have an external or internal filter with a uv in it? or is it something else.?

You could do but I wouldn't recommend it - try asking your LFS to take them, either for free or for store credit. Have any friends with a sizable pond or somebody with a big cold water aquarium?

I might have to ask the fish shop, my friends don't have a tank or pond atleast not cold water.
