Is it true that exercise and workout can make you taller? or that just depends on genes, the thing is I'm the tallest family member and doesn't think it's the genes because I work out everyday.

I'm 182cm btw other family members are about 170.

I'm 4ft 11" you giant!! My husband is just over 6ft 1"... Had to give my son a better shot at some height

I take that back, I’m 5ft 11in. (Juts measuered myself today, because the passport application I was filling required it. )

It does make me taller, really
I exercise daily for about 2 months now and I’m 3 cm taller.
