Idk I always trip on air. Once sprained my arm after tripping on air and falling. I’m realy gangly so I trip a lot

I’ve never dislocated anything but that sounds painful. Just walking around having a nice time and all of a sudden your bone just dosnt want to live there anymore and just leaves.
