Just to show my Common and Cochliodon(L137) feeding together.

They pretty much keep out of each other's space until there is a lump of courgette on offer!

wow, they are impressive fish. about what size are they?

cheers :good:

About 4 and a bit inches.......had them both since tiddlers. The common (£2.99 from P@H ages ago) will outgrow the tank eventually but hopefully the Cochliodon will be able to stay (had it for a few years now)

Cool pics. , cheers for sharing them, still liking the violet bruno, even when I get the new tank it will be to small for one
Cheers :good:

looks like a common to me. ive got a rusty and and a sailfin in my tank, same as yours they generally stay at opposite ends of the tank, they do get on but seem to choose not to see eachother haha. im proper lovin my rusty.

Well I got one marked as a Violet Cochliodon(L137) (AKA Rusty Pleco?) The other as a plain Common Pleco.

They are pretty good photos so you Plec experts are free to comment :fun:
