Plant problem

I was wondering if there was some sort of florecent light that acts as sunlight. My fish tank is in a basment and is nowhere near sunlight, so my plants wither and die off. Does anyone have any suggestions on keeping my live plants alive?

Of course there are!
just check any fish store, and make sure you get enough lighting for the plants you want to grow, some need alot!
If you dont live near a fish store, check online, but most fluoro lights will at least help the plants survive.

Another alternative if you have a lot of money and really want your plants to grow is to invest in some metal halides which offer a lot more light but as i said are more expensive
