I believe this to be a usefull thread for Cichlid food and believe it aught to be pinned in the New World Cichlids section. Very handy, and ChilliPepper updates it as people suggest/find more. I certainly don't want to lose this thread as it is great for keeping our Cichlids happy and healthy - especially those of us who keep the bigger ones

just read through that, and I second your request. There are LOTS of posts asking exactly this question and it would be good to have this easily accessible.

In the computer zone. This topic hasn't got has popular as it's xbox counterpart yet, but I believe it could once pinned. I know this isn't fish related but it's things like this that make our forum a community.

i'm not sure whether that should be pinned Carl, theres a lot of info in that thread which could be seen 'wrong' or not 'upto date', there is also some info which other people would disagree about.
