i ordered 2 female dwarf gouramis and the order came a day late with 2 male dwarf gouramis. a ridiculous mistake, males don't look anything like females!

now im stuck with these fish and i have to wait till monday for the females to come through. said i had the option of a refund or the fish. honestly, i think i should get both being that i paid 35 dollars for "next day delivery" when in reality i'm gonna have to wait 4 days.


does anyone else have experience with them? i'm trying to tell if this was a one time thing or if they're notorious for mistakes.

That's not good service. In addition to an apology (I presume?), they should at minimum refund your overnight shipping charges. Are they sending you the correct fish, and you keep the incorrect fish, for the price of two fish? You're not paying for the extra fish, are you?

funny thing about delivery stuff. i ordered something for the xbox on amazon and got the super saver free shipping and now i have to wait 19 days for it. in 19 days, im gonna be in new hampshire. for a month.

19 days!!!

In the UK I ordered 4 books on Super saver and it was dispatched on a sunday! and arrived the monday! I couldn't believe it. I ordered a Silva compass too at the start of the week but no dice on that one . I guess our deliveries are different but they're never consistent in the UK anyway.

Fedex "super saver" shipping usually only takes 3 business days from coast to coast in the US. It is how I have all my computer parts shipped to me. Something must have gone very wrong with your shipment.

I'm really suprised you had an option to chose the sex. Most of the time that is just part of getting fish sight unseen you get what you get.

Were the fish all alive?
Are they doing well?
Do they look good?

Just because you did not get the sex you wanted dose not make them bad. WAY worst things could heppen.

I've always had good experience with petsolution, but its always dry goods. They are not exactly the kinda place I would order live fish from.
