Parrot Cichlid (Hoplarchus Psittacus)

Nipped to Pier on the way home from work on Friday and couldnt resist getting these two

it didnt take the few hour journey to well and was a little damaged but already starting to clear up

£24 or £28 cant remember! they're a decent size so happy with the price

I think that's a really good price. I believe they're quite pricey.

I have been eyeing them up the last time I went Very nice! The fins were just a bit raggy for me which is what put me off.

I love Parrot Cichlids, lucky you for being able to house them. My LFS have F1 ones but they get too big for me to house (plus I'm full stocked).

I had to move my pair of sevs to a bigger tank and put these in the 4ft tank with 5 lyonsi cichlids which are only a few inches , as to what happens when the lyonsi get bigger i'll come to that when i get there
