Orca Tl550 Journal

LFS called it an red spotted Flymo Blenny but guessing they are the same thing.

Just trying a little montipora digitata under the Orca lights doing well but time will tell how it grows :)

I was looking at both Blennies and gobies and SWM recommended the Blenny as they are generaly easier to feed than gobies he is eating frozen mysis already so pleased with that :)

Have been using a bit of live brine shrimp overthe weekend all fish and corals look better for it ;)

These are 2 of my LPS that look much better since using ammino acid picture does nt do them justice ;)

I have been slacking slightly with my tests  just been testing Nitrate, ammonia, nitrire and PH.

What addtional testes do i need to do to make sure the rest of the stats are good? and what levels do they need to be at?

I am guessing these 3.

Calcium
Magneseium
KH/Alkanity

KH - sea water runs at 7 - 8 kh
Cal - sea water runs at 400 - 425 but we can go a bit higher if we have stoney corals
Mag - sea water runs at 1300 - 1500 but we can run higher

If you are using a good salt then these are achievable without supplementing if you don't have any hard corals
