Although I wouldn't say full strength. I'm not buying any more fish, but as always I will care for the fish I have properly. Hence all this time and money. But I have no work at the moment so it passes the time nicely, rather satisfying too.

Todays job is getting started on the sump!

Quick update....or not....

Finally got round to finishing the sump, rebuilding the insides and I've glued the pipe in place now.

I've just dropped off the dark blue tint acrylic I bought for the comb and should hopefully have the finished article later this week.

Welll first I couldn't afford the acrylic then when I did get it through the guy was just about to go on a 2 week holiday so he got back last week and now able to cut it.

Once thats glued and cured it will be running pretty quick, as Puddles needs the tank now.

These bits have been done for a while but it's the only stuff happening at the moment.

Base of the stand painted to protect the wood a bit, sump in place and new pipework fitted.

Just posting to say next time I am at Paul's I will be doing a complete update of Puddles, Electra and Leccy. And a complete growth type diary...

Seeing as Puddles has now hit the magical 3ft this tank has become slightly more urgent and tis amazing when I realized he has over doubled in size in a year

Still no acrylic cut to finish the tank starting to look for someone else now. So if any one knows of someone that can CNC a sheet of acrlic to my spec and then bend it to shape then please get in touch.

Finally got the acrylic back looking all sexy and neatly cut. Took a couple of hours to bend it but here's how it looks.....

It would be stuck in, but I discovered my tube of Adheseal was set solid.
